Carbon DeFi’s new strategy overview cards are more than a sleek new design, bringing with them a new level of insight and detail for strategy makers and Explorer users!

The initial iteration of the overview cards was simple and straightforward, providing fundamental details about a trading strategy, such as the token pair, ID number, status, buy and sell budgets, and static images illustrating the type of order(s) involved, whether it was a limit or range order.

The first addition to the overview cards was the ROI percentage, a critical metric for assessing a strategy’s success.

In the latest version, a number of enhancements have been implemented. Users may now view the total strategy budget based on their currency preferences. In addition, order-specific dynamic visuals illustrate the strategy maker’s range boundaries, along with the current market price of the base token, or the token being bought and/or sold. They also show if an order has been partially filled, and to what extent, as reflected by the shaded area in both the buy and sell ranges. Furthermore, users can now access the marginal price, which reveals the optimal price their order is presenting to potential takers at any given moment.

Strategy makers use the overview cards to not only view their strategies, but also for actively managing them. It is important to note that Carbon DeFi enables makers to easily adjust their existing strategies without having to withdraw their funds and recreate new orders. For a more comprehensive understanding of management options, refer to Automated Recurring Limit Orders Explained.

Strategy overview cards are not just for makers either! They are also referenced by those using the Explorer feature to view or duplicate others’ strategies.

With many more exciting developments on the horizon, this is just the start. Stay tuned for more updates soon.
